Auger Filler

StarPack Auger filler is equipped with a PLC-controlled Servomotor that turns a helical shaft (screw) within a tube. This moves product from an accumulating hopper down to the bottom of a container. Fills of high accuracy are attained by electronically adjusting the number of revolutions the screw spins. A separate PLC-controlled motor drives a heavy duty agitation system that breaks apart clumps and positions the product into the path of the rotating screw.

Products dispensed with Auger Fillers may include Powders, Detergents, Dry Milk, Spices, Chemicals, Sugar, Soils, Ground Coffee, Nutraceuticals, and Flours, among others.

Auger Conveyor

Auger Conveyor automates the filling process by taking in bulk quantities of powder materials, and automatically feeding them into an existing auger filler. The body is constructed by Stainless Steel. Auger matches with auger filler.

Ideal for using along with our powder auger filling machines, however its use is not limited to this particular application alone. The Auger Powder Conveyor is widely used in industrial environments. This particular model is equipped with a proximity sensor to integrate with the dispensing machine.
